Sam DeVille
Sam and Karen began serving at Flint Baptist Church in April of 1996. A native of Tyler, TX., Sam holds degrees from The University of Texas Tyler and Louisiana Baptist University. They have two grown sons. and have been in Pastoral Ministry since 1985.

Park Robertson
Park Robertson joined the Flint Baptist team in November of 2015. Park is a graduate of Southwestern Theological Seminary and has served several churches in the area. He and his wife Vickey love spending time with family including their four grandkids!

Brent Hill
Brent Hill and his wife Bridget have three grown sons and six grandchildren! He has a Master of Divinity and served in ministry from Louisiana to Texas. Brent joined our Flint Baptist team on November 1, 2015. He and Bridget love their Yorkie Schnook!

Billy Johnson
Billy Johnson is married to Nona and was called to Flint Baptist in July 1996, having served with Bro. Sam in a previous church. He is a graduate of Kilgore College and Mt. Pleasant High School. They have two sons who are married and have three grandchildren.

Brian Hawkins
Brian Hawkins met and married his college sweetheart, Jennifer Hawkins, while attending Jacksonville College. Brian joined the Flint Baptist team in January of 2010. Brian and Jennifer have three adult children, three grandchildren, and three grandchildren-in-law!

Andrew DeVille is married to Heather. He and Heather served in our college ministry before he joined our staff as Youth Pastor in July of 2017. He is a graduate of East Texas Baptist University.

Terri Greer is the Children’s Minister overseeing birth - 6th grade. With over 30 years of ministry with children, Terri was called to Flint Baptist Church in March of 2020. Originally from the Houston area, she and her husband Bob are enjoying the move to East Texas.
